Scrollable effects can add a small touch of grace to your site. They can help users find something on the page because we can scroll them right to section they are looking for. Like many of the other javascript examples it can also hinder the usability of a site if they are used the wrong way. The most common use for this features is a "return to top" button at the bottom of a page. Scroll down on this page and click the link at the bottom to see what we mean. The live example uses this feature to easily navigate through content.
