Team of Experts

Code Greene's goal has been to build a team of expert developers to conquer web projects quickly and cost effectively. Many people think buying cheap labor is the secret to creating value, but we have not seen that to be the case in web development, as we often fix projects that were poorly executed, often by outsourced, off-shore, or other sub-par labor. We have found that the team of experts concept has created a synergy of skills and increased value, and lead to more expandable sites which are more cost effective in the long run. We have found there is no greater cost than the cost of completely redoing a site because it was initially built poorly, or was built without future needs in mind. Expandability and graceful evolution of a web project can only be achieved if the foundation is appropriate and built well.

Every developer we have hired is an expert in a different web technology and has passed a very rigorous programming test. We test each applicant's various web development abilities through a real-world sample project, in a short period of time. In many ways our testing is a real life simulation of a developers abilities to quickly adapt and solve web problems. We have found that our testing has over time helped us to build a great team of experts.
